The dominance of the internet, in conjunction with the rise of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, has raised questions about what future lies ahead for print publications, and in particular, newspapers and magazines. Qualitative research carried out by Ipsos MediaCT has found that, despite the hyperbole around their imminent demise, print newspapers and magazines still play an integral role in the daily lives of readers.
